Chiropractors all know how important patient retention is to their practice. It’s really hard to grow the practice of your dreams and help a lot of people if everyone is leaving just as fast as they start.
Unfortunately, most chiropractic coaches and practice management groups talk about patient retention in the context of patient visit average (PVA). If you have a high PVA, you have high retention. If you have a low PVA, you have low patient retention.
I would like to make the argument that PVA alone is a very incomplete picture of patient retention. In fact, it’s entirely possible to have a high PVA and terrible patient retention. Want to know how? I talk about it in the video below. Check it out.
Practice Strength Test
I recently created a resource called “The Practice Strength Test.” It’s a pretty simple test, but the information you get from it will really help bring clarity to your practice. If you haven’t done it yet, I want to encourage you to take the test.
