Why Practice Management Failed Me
Coaching vs Mentoring: What's The Difference?
Mentoring/consulting is about information. Mentors give you advice, and recommendations based on their knowledge/experience. Your job is to apply that information to your business or life.
Coaching is about action. It is about the process. Coaches help you set goals, encourages you, and keeps you accountable. A coaches job is to help draw out your potential. Coaching helps you build your own skills and decision-making ability instead of simply telling you what to do. Simply put, coaching teaches you how to fish.
- One-on-one goals/needs assessment
The first thing we are going to do is a detailed assessment of your practice, and your goals. We will discuss your biggest area(s) of need, and come up with a goal for your coaching. This initial session will help you get clarity and get your Masters coaching started off on the right foot.
- One-on-one coaching sessions
Coaching sessions last anywhere from 45-60 minutes. We are going to talk about your progress, solve problems, and create action steps for your to help you reach your goals. These sessions are personalized to you and your needs. I'll help you focus on in what's most important now, help you create new successful habits, and help keep you motivated to GET STUFF DONE. Yes, you are going to have put in the time/effort to be successful, but it will be worth it.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Initially, Masters coaching is a 3-month commitment. If you choose to continue one-on-one coaching after that, it becomes month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.
How much does coaching cost?
Cost varies based on coaching session frequency. $1000/mth for weekly coaching sessions. $600/mth for coaching sessions every two weeks. $300/mth for monthly accountability sessions. (NEXT Step membership is included at no additional cost.)
What if I can't afford it?
If you can’t afford it (and some people can’t), I would recommend joining NEXT Step. It’s perfect for chiropractors who need help, but one-on-one coaching is a little out of reach.
