Get MORE Reviews FAQ

  • q-iconDo I have to sign a contract with the GMR?

GMR is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. No pressure. No guilt trips.

  • q-iconWhich review sites does GMR target?

GMR can help you get reviews on a wide variety of review sites. Most chiropractors will want to focus on Google and Facebook, but other sites can be targeted as well.

  • q-iconDoes GMR help me get more Yelp reviews?

Unfortunately, no. GMR can help you monitor your Yelp reviews, but due to Yelp restrictions, GMR can not help you get more Yelp reviews directly.

  • q-iconHow is Get Five Stars related to GMR?

GMR is a partnership with Get Five Stars. The two systems are the exact same except GMR is offered at a discount to chiropractors through Black Sheep DC, I am available to help with troubleshooting, and I take care of the initial setup as an added bonus.

  • q-iconWhat happens after I complete the checkout process?

After you complete your GMR order, you will be forwarded to a webpage that tells you what information I need to complete your setup. Once the initial setup is complete, I will contact you will all the necessary links/information to get started.

  • q-iconWhat if I have a problem?

To start, I created several trainings that will help familiarize you with the GMR system. Also, GFS has a robust knowledge base and a responsive support staff that is there when you need it. And remember, I will be there to help as well.

  • q-iconCan I enter a bulk list of patients into GMR?

Yes. If you have a list of names & email addresses that you would like to enter into the system, you can upload that list all at once. You do not have to reenter them individually.

  • q-iconDoes GMR recognize duplicate entries?

Yes. If you happen to enter the same person more than once, GMR will recognize that and avoid sending duplicate feedback requests.

  • q-iconWill the GMR Kiosk negatively effect my rankings?

No. Most of us know that you should never have patients leave reviews while using your internet IP address. Kiosk mode asks for feedback while the patient is in your office, but it does not ask for an online review. Patients who leave positive feedback from the Kiosk will receive an email later asking them to post their feedback online.
